How to motivate employees within business organization's

Motivation is the technique used by entrepreneurs/employers to encourage employees to work even more smarter in the organization's.The businesses/employers usually motivates the employees in several ways to make the business to escalate well economically.In these way the employers will have to motivate the employees.

The employers will motivate the employees in various ways as indicated below:

The employers will motivate the employees by giving them incentives such as bonus for job well done.Bonuses are given to the employees at the end of the business financial year’s.Bonuses are mostly given to the employees when the business has made more profits than expected to encourage the employees to work even harder.

The employers will motivate the employees by giving them days off/leave.These can either be normal leave,sick leave,maternity/paternity leave.Normal leave is the general leave which are usually given to the employees once in every year,sick leave is the leave which is given to the employees when they are sick while maternity/paternity leave is leave which is given to the employees to take care for their new born baby/babies.

The employers will motivate the employees by giving them allowances.Allowances can be giving to the employees once the employees attends the business meetings.Allowances can also be giving to the employees once the employees have been given special duties to carry research on how to improve the business performance.Allowances can also be given to the employees who has been told to travel in other  business branches to carry business activities,in this case the employees will have to be given travel allowances.Allowances can also be given to the employees once the employees  have done overtime in the business.

The employers will motivate the employees by encouraging them to join the company SACCO’S(Saving and credit co-operative societies).When the employees join the company SACCO’S,the employees will have to deposit some percentage's of their monthly salaries at the SACCO’S,in these way the employees will have bought some percentage's of the company shares.The employees will benefit from the SACCO’s by getting loans from the SACCO’s,the employees will also get dividends every year from the company SACCO’S once the company makes profits in every financial year's.

The employers will also motivate the employees by carrying out team building once in a year.Team building is whereby the company organize business  trips whereby the employees are encouraged to mingle with one another and thus these will facilitates good communications between and among the staffs/employees.In team building the business can organize business trip to relax at the beach.The business can organize special dinner  at certain hotel’s.The business can organize trip to venture national park's/historical sites'.The business can also organize game/sport competition where the employees will be encourage to participate.Team building is of  necessity in the business as it will enable the employees to have good communication in the business.
