How to get more customers in the business


The business should treat customers very well inorder to attract and retain the customers in the business.

The business can treat customers very well in the business by doing the following:

The business should ensure that their sufficient space in the business premises for serving customers to avoid congestion in the business as more customers enter the business.The business should ensure that there are sufficient seats for customers who are being served or waiting to be served in the business.

The business should ensuring customers who come to the business are serve faster and efficiently  to avoid wasting customers time and also to avoid congestion of customers in the business premises.By serving customers faster,then it means that customers orders are received very quickly and the orders are  also quickly to the  customers.When the business serve customers  faster then it means that customers complaint are also replied quickly without  waiting time.When customers are served efficiently,then it means that customers are served without errors. When customers get served faster they will come back to the business to buy goods/services.

In the business,there are customers who are being served and also there are customers who waits to be served.So in the business premises,their should be entertainment facilities to keep customers  busy while they are being served or  waiting to be served.The entertainment facilities can be televisions or radio which customers can watch or listen to as customers are being served or waiting to be served.The business can also have newspapers and magazines or novels books which customers can read as they wait to be served.Apart from that,the business can consider giving beverage/refreshments to those customers who are being served by the business or to those customers waiting to be served.

By  giving  customers entertainment services/refreshment services,the customers will become relaxed within
the business premises and these will enable the customers to come back to the business.In these ways business will have retain the customers  and as a result the business will increase sales or perform well economically.

The other way to treat customers nicely in the business is to speak politely to customers.The business should answer all customer s query in a nicely and politely manner to avoid disappointing the customers.
