How to prevent the business from fire

There are several ways why your business will get burned one day.So this is way it can be burned down and how you can prevent your business from incurring extra expenses by not taking fire policy from the insurance companies when you can prevent your business from being burnt down by unnecessary fire outbreak's.

Fire outbreak in the business is whereby the business catches fires and the business or part of the business get burnt down due to the fire.So it is important for the business to prevent fire outbreak to avoid the business getting into losses.

Fire outbreak in the business is caused by several factors and some of these factors includes:

The business can catch fire when there are electric fault in the business appliances.There may be  loose connection in wires carrying the electric currents so it is better to repair in advance all the electrical fault which have been noticed in the business to prevent the business from catching fire later.

Employees/staffs should not be allowed to smoke in the business as the cigarette light will cause fire incase the light comes into contact with papers,electric wires or flammable fluids.The business should have smoking zone where people or staffs who wants to smoke will smoke in those designated areas/smoking zone.

The business should ensure that explosive/flammable  substances are kept in their designated place away from hot temperatures which can cause them to explode.Explosive substances can be cane containing insecticide chemicals which are used to kill insect/microorganism in the business,the explosive substances can also be petrol fuel which are used to drive machines in the business,when petrol fuel comes into contact with hot temperature/fire,it explodes and will cause fire at the same time which will result in your business being burnt down.So the petroleum substances which are used to drive engines in the business should be kept in a well designated safe area to avoid them being into contact with high temperatures/fire.All the electric cookers used to cook staffs tea should be in good state.Your business can be using cooking fuel such as paraffin,charcoals,firewood to cook staffs tea,these fuels can catch fire easily and burn the business premises,so paraffin,charcoals,firewood should also be used properly and stored safely.Incase the business uses cooking gas as cooking fuel,then the business should ensure that there are no leakages in the gas pipes as leaking gas can explodes when exposed to high temperatures/fire,this can burn down the business premises.

The employees should not come to the business when they are drunk as drunkard employees will not concentrate with their work in the business and in most cases they will not put into consideration on the fire safety measures in the business .The drunkard employees can easily cause accident. Apart from them causing accident in the business,these drunkard employee can also cause fire due to their ignorance as they can smoke anyhowly or they can operate the electrical equipments without caring much and as a result they can cause fire easily due to their ignorance's.
 
Your business should have fire extinguishers in advance to fight fire incase there is fire outbreak.The business should also have emergency phone numbers for fire fighting engines which are nearby the business premises location's.This will enable your business to easily contact the fire fighter engines incase the outbreak in so high to be extinguish by fire extinguishers.
