These are how entrepreneurs or business owners can make money from their employees.

The business can make money from their employees by giving them loans.These means that the entrepreneurs or business owners has to form saving and credit cooperative society( Sacco's) in their business’s whereby they will make cash from employees deposits and from interests on loans which the employees will return from the loans which the employees have taken from the business Sacco’s.The business can also make money by instead of giving dividends to the employees they can post pone it and issue then dividend in the following financial years.

Instead of giving then bonus for over time they worked,you can extend their leave by either a day or two depending on the amount of overtime they had worked for.

As an entrepreneur you can give them working attires in which your business logo’s or contact addresses have been printed on them.When these attires are worn by employees then will act as a form of advertisements as it will enable other people to recognize the business and these will increase the number of customers to the business and as result the business will increase sells and thus more profit’s,these can happen when the business has either make less profits or also it has made loss.

The business can make money from their employees by ensuring they hire more experienced staffs who will be able to perform many tasks in the business,these means that for example every employees can perform many tasks then the entrepreneur’s will be able to employ fewer employees and the business will be save some cash which would have been used where more employee were employed to perform those different tasks.

The entrepreneur’s or business owners can also make money from their employees when they employ intern workers in their businesses.These means that when they employ intern workers in their business then they will also be able to save some cash in their businesses because they may decide to pay them less amount and in some instances intern workers are not paid because they are considered that they are still on training or they are still gaining skills and experiences.
