What is trade in business
Trade is business terminology which means exchange of goods and services.Trade can either be cash trade or barter trade.
Cash Trade
Cash trade is exchange of goods and services for cash.The seller sells goods and services to customer's before the customer's can give cash to the seller inorder to receive goods and services from the seller.
Barter Trade
Barter trade is exchange of goods and services with another goods and services.The seller gives goods and services to customer's before the customer's also giving another goods and services to the seller
inorder for the customer's to receive the goods and services they want from the seller.
Barter trade was traditionaly used before money was introduced but can still be used nowadays.Barter trade is cumbersome since the customer has to also carry goods and services to give to the seller before they are to receive the goods and services they want from the seller unlike cash trade where the customer receive goods and services from the seller after paying cash.
