What is commerce in business

Commerce is business terminology used to mean trade and aid to trades.

Trade
Trade is the exchange of goods and services.Trade can either be cash trade or barter trade.

Cash trade is the exchange of goods and services for cash.The seller gives the goods and services to the customer while the customer at the same time gives the cash to the seller.

Barter trade is the exchange of goods and services for another goods and services.The seller gives the goods and services to the customer while the customer at the same time also gives another goods and services to the seller as form of payment's.

Aid to trade
Aid to trades are all services which enables the business to run smoothly and they include:

Banking services

Insurance services

Transport services

Communication services

Water services

Power services and

Internet services.

All the above aid to trades are very essential as businesse's require them inorder to carry out business activities efficiently and effectively.Without them,then the business become scrumbled down.
